Miss Penticton 2024

This year, 4 young women are participating in the 76th annual Miss Penticton Program. Each candidate is sponsored by a local business or non-profit organization. The girls learn a wide range of skills including public speaking, excellence in customer service, and tourism promotion. They also study the history of Penticton, time and money management, organization skills, teamwork skills, modelling, etiquette and strengthening self esteem. The Royalty become the ambassadors for Penticton at many out-of-town events, encouraging people to come and visit.

As part of the program, each candidate has a full portrait session with Stuart Bish, beginning with a planning session to determine clothing, hair, location and many other details. The candidates always enjoy their portrait session, and the beautiful portraits created are exhibited throughout the community to help raise awareness of the Miss Penticton program and Peach Festival. The framed wall portraits become a gift to the girls from their sponsors and Stuart Bish Photography, in appreciation for their effort and time committed to helping promote the community.

The 2024 - 2025 Royalty will be announced on Pageant Night, August 9th, 2024 as part of the Peach Festival.
